They serve one of the best turkey dinners and open faced sandwiches I've had. They are so good I drive from Seattle to have them.
Yes
Best Restaurant for any Meal!

Yes--i had no problem getting one for dinner wirh a family if 5.
Yes. They also do (pr-order) takeout turkey dinners, with the works.
Wow everything was soo super yummy! But most of all the staff were amazingly kind and friendly. What great way to end our family trip to Oak Harbor. We highly recommend this restaurant! 5 stars for sure, would give 10 if allowed.
Love their food! Amazing menu with a good selection to choose from. My favorite part is all the homemade desserts,! You gotta stop by and check it out, you won't be disappointed!
Huge place. Good food. Lovely service.
Beautiful Scandinavian ceilings! Lot's of home style food. Breakfast all day long. And, great looking pies. Fun stop on the road to Chuckanut Drive.
Best home style food in Skagit Valley. Local and fresh ingredients.
Friendly prompt service, sparkling clean , exceptional good food and man sized servings.Well worth stopping.
Pretty good and you can order from your phone in the parking lot. They have gluten free buns.
I've only eaten breakfast here, usually before heading home, east and over the mountains after a fun visit to the islands. It's a convenient stop and the food is always good. This time I had the crab and shrimp omelette. It was delicious! I also bought a strawberry-rhubarb pie for the folks back home. Yum!
Service was excellent, though mostly due to the fact that the place was almost completely empty. Went with two friends, they ordered a cheeseburger and chicken fried steak, I ordered turkey pot pie and mozzarella sticks to share. Food came out so fast we only ate half of the mozzarella sticks. My friends said their food was decent, though they had better in the past. Turkey pot pie was so dry as to be inedible. I brought it to the server's attention and she brought me a container of gravy which made it at least palatable, though not great. Didn't eat a lot of it, it was better reheated at home with some hot sauce. Also ordered an old fashioned, which was pretty decent. Overall, disappointing. There are other restaurants with much better food in that price range.
Great food. Huge menu. If you are a lemon meringue pie lover this is a bucket list destination. They do amazing things with turkey. It's all good! Great and enthusiastic staff. Just go!
We decided to go here for fathers day. My Dad ordered oysters, he chose the rice as his side. The oysters were good but the rice was cold. The server brought the rice back into the kitchen and they came back steaming after a min or two in the microwave. Most of our meals were fine and the staff treated us like paying guests, but seemed to keep their real feelings to themselves, as you would expect in a country style, out of the way folksy restaurant. I wasn't overly impressed but it wasn't bad. They all seemed very proud of their home made pies so we bought a key lime pie to take home. It was almost $20 for a pie. Seemed a little pricey for what we got, again it was ok, it had regular limes and was very tart. I don't know why they wouldn't use real key limes they are certainly not the same. All in all I would go back but probably not for a special occasion.
Great place for a home cooked meal! We especially enjoy the Turkey Noodle soup. Can't beat it on cold day.
